I like to have fun when I eat. I also don’t enjoy feeling deprived. As a hard-core ketoer for the past 6 months, I’ve scoured the internet to find the best of the best in the world of keto products.

Bread.

Make grilled cheese, eat sandwiches. It freezes well and tastes like “real” bread. These zero carb breads make my life happy.

Cookies.

Fat Snax Cookies - These are soft and delicious. If you are looking for a crunchy cookie, this isn’t it. The chocolate chip flavor is ah-maazing.

Quest - If you really want a cookie and can’t wait for the Fat Snax, grab some Quest cookies. They aren’t technically “Keto” cookies but you can make them fit into your macros. These are sold at Target, so if you’re desperate! Oh, and don’t be too excited and toss all of the flavors into your cart. I was fooled by the Oatmeal Raisin - way too many net carbs so put it down, people!!

Bars.

Kiss My Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars - All the flavors are good but I wouldn’t order some of them again. I’ve already reordered the Chocolate Peanut Butter because yum.

BHU Bars - They say they are refrigerated bars but they don’t HAVE to be refrigerated. They only lose their shape a bit if you keep them at room temp. Don’t be afraid to travel with these - although I wouldn’t leave them in a hot car or anything either. My favorite flavors are Double Dark Chocolate Cookie Dough and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I just noticed they have a new flavor I haven’t tried: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Mmmmmmm.

Chocolate.

Kiss My Keto Chocolate Bars - You can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. The Chocolate Pumpkin Seed and Sea Salt has the least net carbs (1 per serving) but I like the Almond the best (2 per serving).

Pizza Crust.

If you’ve been ketoing for awhile, you know about Fat Head Pizza Crust. I like this one because I make it only for myself and the size is perfect. BUT sometimes I want to come home and just make something easy with little to zero prep.

Cauli’Flower Pizza Crust - 3 net carbs for the entire crust! Get some Rao’s Pizza Sauce and be in pizza heaven. You must get a pizza screen to make this crust crunchy enough to pick up! Please don’t order the crackers (Cauli’flower Thins) from this company - yuck.

Thin Slim Pizza Crust - This crust is pretty bland. However, it’s super easy to toss it on a sheet pan, put on your toppings, put it in the oven, and have pizza in your hands in 10 minutes. It’s high in protein for the entire crust (for my macro count) so I usually eat half. It’s super sturdy so picking it up with your hands is a given with this crust.

Crackers.

Primal Thin Crackers by Julian Bakery. I’ve only tried the Organic Parmesan and they are awesome. 3 net carbs for 6 crackers.

Nuts.

Pili Nuts - If you’re like me, you’ve never heard of Pili (pronounced Peel-y) nuts. These nuts are the highest in fat and lowest in carbs of all the nuts out there. They are mild, buttery, and softer than, say, an almond. I’d say they are a mixture of a cashew, macadamia, and brazil nut. If you have trouble getting your fat in, eating a small amount of this interesting nut will help you out immensely!

Wine.

All Ketoers know that wine is pretty much off limits. It’ll kick you out of ketosis before you blink an eye. But guess what I found? Keto wine. I haven’t tried it but they have a 100% happiness guarantee on each bottle you receive, so why not?
